Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Coverage applies only to issues that occur after shipment and before final delivery to the address provided at checkout. Incorrect address information voids coverage. Claims must be filed within stated claim windows and may require carrier documentation and/or a police report for suspected theft.

Coverage Includes

Coverage Does Not Include

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Delivery delays or carrier-related timing issues

Damage after delivery to a secure location (mailroom, leasing office, etc.)

Orders where adequate evidence cannot be provided (see below)
Claim Deadlines

Lost or damaged items: claim must be filed within 10 days of expected delivery or delivery notification

Stolen packages: claim must be filed within 5 days of delivery notification
Evidence Requirements
To process a claim, the customer may be required to provide:

Order number and contact information

Tracking number and carrier info

Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

Confirmation that neighbors/building office were checked for mis-delivered items
-
For high-value theft cases (over $100), a police report may be requested
Resolution
Approved claims are eligible for:

Replacement items (priority option), or
-
Refund to original payment method
Limitations

Refund or replacement will be applied to the item(s) in the protected order only

One resolution per protected order

Shipping Protection is non-refundable after your order ships
