Where can I buy the Black History Flash Cards?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost all countries, just add your address on the checkout page and postage will be calculated for your order.

How can I track my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering you should receive an email. The subject line says there is a “note” on your order. This will include a tracking number. In most cases it will be for DHL Global Mail which can be tracked at webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com. Sometimes it will be for UPS.com also.

How long will my order take?

Most orders take between 4-10 days in the USA and a few weeks internationally. Please check your tracking number (see question above for tracking details) and if there are any issues you can contact us using the form below.

I entered my address incorrectly, how can I change it?

Contact us ASAP using the form at the bottom of this page and make sure you explain the issue, give us the correct address and also supply your order number, if the order has not shipped we will correct the address. If it has shipped we will communicate with you and try to resolve the issue.

I have not received my order...

First off check your tracking.

If the product says it is delivered please check with other members of the household, check the property outside (sometimes it is left around the porch area by the postperson) and if you know your neighbors ask them kindly, also if you know your postperson (most deliveries are finally delivered by USPS of the local postal service) then you can also ask them about it.

If tracking shows the order as delivered but you cannot find the cards or the tracking appears to have stalled (no new activity for over a week) then please contact us here or on the form below and fully explain the situation, please also make sure you supply your order number which can be found on your original receipt.
