The founder and heart behind Igotchu Seasonings, Corinna Jones, built the company on tradition, family, and the belief that great food brings people together.
Corinna’s culinary journey began over 25 years ago, working alongside her parents as they owned and operated two award-winning, fine dining German and American restaurants in Atlanta GA. Born in Germany to a German mother and an African American father, she moved to the U.S. at age five. That rich blend of heritage shaped not only her palate — but also her passion for connecting people through food.
That passion led her to launch Edelweiss Concessions, serving German and American dishes at major outdoor events across the country. Today, she owns and operates multiple food trucks throughout Atlanta, GA, offering German and American comfort food, seafood, and handcrafted seasonings and lemonades that celebrate cultures from around the world — including European, Southern, Caribbean, Indian, African, Asian, and Hispanic flavors.
Corinna holds a bachelor’s degree from an HBCU in Ohio, where she attended on a full academic and athletic scholarship. A standout basketball player and scholar, she graduated first in her class with a 4.0 GPA and developed the business mindset that still fuels her drive and success today.
As the founder of Igotchu Seasonings, Corinna carries those values forward. What began with a few bold blends and a deep love for home cooking has grown into a global seasoning brand known for flavor, quality, and exceptional customer care. She remains rooted in tradition while continuing to innovate — always looking for new ways to serve the community, inspire creativity in the kitchen, and make every meal unforgettable.
Igotchu Seasonings began humbly in someone’s home, and under her leadership, it has grown into a fully established brand with its headquarters, offices, warehouse, and a dedicated team in Tucker, GA. Today, the company serves over 120,000 customers and has sold more than 1 million bottles — proudly known for its unique, globally inspired flavors, outstanding service, and lightning-fast shipping.
At the heart of it all is one mission: bringing people together through good food and unforgettable flavor.
“Whether you’re a seasoned chef, a home cook, or someone just looking for that perfect flavor Igotchu!!”
