My wife & I ordered a sweat shirt & two t-shirts from this company and the quality of the printing was very below expectations. The shirts arrived cracked and peeling. When we contacted the company for a refund, we were given the runaround via email, only to be told that no refunds are offered on their products. They offered to replace the garments, but we preferred a refund since there was no guarantee the replacements were going to be any better. There’s no contact number to speak with anyone about our concerns. We’ve settled on just having the garments replaced, but we are still awaiting instructions since sending our last email two weeks ago. Being a black owned business owner myself, I try to practice what I preach by supporting other black owned businesses, however I expect quality not smoke & mirrors. Get your act together Urban Intellectuals. The way you do business isn’t very smart. Buyer beware!

Same as above. Product is fine. Shipping experience was awful. I know others who wanted to get a shirt after seeing mine but I’m hesitant to pass along the info.

We would like to apologize for the sub-par shipping experience. Our printing facility has been facing heavy delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and as a result, some customers had to endure an unexpected period of time waiting for their product. Hopefully our facility will come back to full working speed soon, but we cannot provide any answers to that question anytime soon.
